This session will explore the issues around data and information management in the dynamics of a corporate transaction from planning stages to closing. We will look at the value and leverage your clients can have over certain business and legal information and we analyse this from the perspective of common law and civil law, with a key focus on recent trends and developments and reasons for successful or unsuccessful transactions.
