بررسی حقوق کودکان کار در ایران و اسناد بین المللی

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the labor children’s Rights in Iran and international documents. In this study that done with descriptive method, with review of the concepts related to labor children’s rights, explained the supportive laws of the Islamic republic of Iran and the international community. Based on the findings of the Iranian research, the rights of the child labor have been Taken into consideration by several laws, including labor law, civil law, civil liability law, and the regulation of street children. The most important international instruments that provide supportive legislation include the convention on the Rights of the child, the convention on the Medical Testing of Young Persons, the Universal Declaration of the Rights of the child, the International covenant on Economic, social and cultural rights and the convention on the worst forms of child labor. Also the main cause of child labor in our country is the financial problems of some families. The results also showed that although relevant organizations in Iran have taken action in this regard, it has not been sufficient.to alleviate this situation, it is necessary to increase families knowledge of child abuse and poverty eradication.
