The Nature of the Money in Iranian Trade Law, & Comparing with E-commerce Law

The current research is aimed at the nature of money in Iran’s trade right and its compliance with e-commerce law. Our statistical society includes all traders in Karaj, Iran in 1998-97. There are 145 sample traders of monetary companies. The combined research It is a type of qualitative and quantitative research, in which, using the Foundation’s data theory approach, it explains the conditions and constraints related to trade in money and e-commerce. The Foundation Data Theory Approach is a qualitative research method that inductively employs a series of systematic procedures to create a theory about the phenomenon studied. For data collection, library and field methods have been used. Library studies include reviews of theories and models, and the results of previous research, statistics, graphs and illustrations presented in relation to the research topic. Field studies also include field visits and interviews with experts and statutory experts and money traders, and money and e-commerce related to the research topic. The data gathering tools are based on the nature of the content analysis and using the questionnaire tool and for analyzing the SPSS software. Finding: Distribution of the effect of error avoidance in e-commerce in the city of Karaj The sample of the study differs from the distribution indicated in its zero hypothesis, with a confidence of 0.9999 that the distribution indicated in H5 is not a proper description of society. Conclusion: The result is that the trade of money and e-commerce’s high in the business law.
